When the wear degree of the drum shaft reaches about 5%, it should be replaced. When the wear of the groove wall reaches 8% and the internal wear reaches 25% of the inner diameter of the steel wire rope, it should be replaced. In addition, the bolts of the reducer should be frequently inspected to ensure they are tightened.
2、Maintenance and care of the transmission mechanism: When maintaining and servicing the transmission mechanism of a gantry crane, special attention should be paid to the motor to prevent water seepage or liquid intake during operation. At the same time, it is also necessary to ensure that the junction box of the motor has excellent waterproof performance. When the seasons change, replace the appropriate grease for the reducer.
3、 Maintenance and repair of metal structures: Conduct specific inspections on the key load-bearing points of the gantry crane. As the load-bearing capacity of these parts is concentrated, they are prone to damage. Key inspections should be carried out, especially at some major connection points, such as the connection parts between the feet and the steel beam, and the connection parts between the feet and the load-bearing beam. Metal material components are exposed to the outside for a long time. The way to increase their reasonable service life is to carry out anti-rust treatment on time and apply new paint.
4、 Maintenance and repair of the tracks of gantry cranes: When many people carry out maintenance and repair on the tracks of gantry cranes, they often use a hammer to strike and check if there are any gaps or fallen off in the tracks and the track fixing bolts. During the inspection process, they should promptly clean up any dirt.
5、 Maintenance and repair of electrical components and circuits: Inspect the electrical components of the gantry crane. Clean the dust off the electrical switches immediately to ensure good contact of the circuits and prevent open circuits and other situations during use that may affect normal operation. In the operation of AC contactors, is there often a simultaneous correlation with the output power of gantry cranes? Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the AC contactor circuit breaker is leveled and cleaned, so as to be more flexible and reliable. Ensure that the connection between the motor and the electrical control equipment of the gantry crane is normal, and the grounding bolts of the electric machinery and equipment are tightened. If any problems occur, they must be replaced on time.
